This testimonial is after my first experience working with Amit as my mortgage broker. I texted him on a Friday morning saying that the closing date on a property I bought is 13 days away. he didn't flinch at this near-impossible tight timeline. Instantly he sent me a very organized list of what he need from me. By noon the same day he has prepared my package and sent it off to lenders, and by noon the following Monday I was signing my final mortgage documents with a "prime minus" rate. 24 hr turnover and a excellent rate! He then proactively followed up on all the remaining steps after mortgage approval (appraisal, lawyers, mortgage instructions, funding, etc). Despite being sharp as an arrow throughout the process, Amit was also very personable and showed genuine care to make things happen for his client.
