BP Financial of The Mortgage Centre Canada is led by Bhavesh Patel, a dedicated leader with over 19 years of experience in the financial sphere. After receiving his MBA in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University, Bhavesh gained industry expertise in his role as a commercial lending professional at TD Bank. This combination of experience and education have allowed him to become an expert in complex commercial and residential lending, financial risk management, business operations and growth, and client relationship management.
In 2010, Bhavesh realized that his passion is to represent the borrower. After developing successful relationships with many different lending institutions, he recognized he could create a bigger impact on individual clients by helping them to navigate the borrowing world as their guide. This led to him transitioning out of his banking role to become a mortgage broker.
Bhavesh’s unique blend of education and experience position him to provide clients with exceptional service. His attention to detail, strong industry presence, and dedicated care towards clients set him apart from other brokers. He tailors mortgage solutions with integrity, intelligence, and a true human touch. This has earned him a strong reputation that clients will value, as he addresses their individual needs.
